Your privacy is treated carefully and with respect.

No information is shared with others, without your permission.  Privacy is only broken when agreed upon or in case of a safety issue. Child safety is paramount. 

Payment is required via internet banking and expected on the day. A late cancellation fee (less than 12 hours notice, or for no shows), is charged. Sometimes funding is available through Work and Income, for counselling.

You or your child qualify for funded therapy through ACC if you have experienced current or historical sexual harm (sexual abuse, assault or a non - consensual sexual experience). For children this could be a sexual experience with a peer that they didn't agree to. 

Claire, as a Registered Social Worker has regular Professional Supervision and her practice is accountable to the SWRB NZ.
